Greek myths are full of terrible monsters that Greek heroes cleverly kill. A long time ago, when Greek children heard these stories, they shivered and oohed, but they weren't really scared at all. After all, the monsters were dead! And brave Greek heroes had killed them using intelligence, courage, and strength. In each of the Greek monster myths, there is always a monster, a hero, and a battle (which the hero wins, of course!)
Here are some ancient Greek monster myths for you to enjoy. Keep in mind, these are just stories. Don't let these creepy monsters scare you one bit.
